Privacy policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy covers this website, www.wrestlevrs.com, and the list of people who have asked for an invite to the WrestleVRS closed beta. WrestleVRS is made by SteamStreet LLC (“we” and “us”). We have kept it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you request an invite, we store your email address and the time you signed up. That is all. We don’t ask for your name, and this site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and no scripts from anyone else.

Like every website, our hosting provider handles technical details such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We don’t use that to identify you, and we don’t keep access logs.

How we use it

Only to send you your invite to the beta, and messages that are directly about that invite, such as how to sign in. We will not add you to a newsletter or send you marketing without asking first.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your address. It is stored with Amazon Web Services, which hosts the site and the list on our behalf and may send our email. We would disclose it to anyone else only if the law required us to.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Your address is stored on Amazon Web Services servers in the United States. We keep it until we have invited you and no longer need it for that, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us from the address you signed up with, and we will act within 30 days.

Children

WrestleVRS is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their addresses. If we learn that we have one, we delete it.

The game

This policy covers the website and the invite list. The game itself, at play.wrestlevrs.com, needs more information to run your account, and its privacy terms will be published here before it opens beyond the closed beta.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an address you have already given us, we will email you before it takes effect.
